1. Purpose of this disclaimer
This disclaimer applies alongside our Membership Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Website Terms of Use, and should be read together with them. It sets out important limitations on the nature of the Content, Reviews, and services available through Flip The Review.
2. No professional advice
Content available through the Site, including the Trade Protection Library, guides, templates, Annual Trade Industry Health Check materials, webinars, and training content, is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be treated as, legal, financial, insurance, tax, or other professional advice specific to your circumstances, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for such advice. You should seek independent professional advice appropriate to your particular situation before making any decision based on Content available through the Site.
3. Reviews reflect members' own views and experiences
Reviews are submitted by individual members about Clients they have worked for, and reflect their own personal opinions and experiences. They are not published on the Site and are only disclosed privately, as the text of the Review itself without the Client's name, address, or other personal identifying details, to another member who makes a specific request about a specific Client, in accordance with our Membership Terms. Disclosure of a Review does not amount to an endorsement or confirmation by us of the accuracy of its contents. We take reasonable steps to review Reviews in accordance with our Membership Terms, including requesting supporting evidence where a Review is challenged, but we do not independently verify every factual statement contained within a Review, and we cannot guarantee that every Review is accurate, complete, or up to date.
Where you rely on information disclosed to you about a Client, you do so at your own risk and should carry out your own reasonable checks before engaging with that Client, whether or not a Review is on record about them.
4. The Trusted Partner Network
Trusted Partner Network members are independent businesses, and are not our employees, agents, or partners in the legal sense. Any services, products, or advice provided by a Trusted Partner are supplied under that Trusted Partner's own terms and conditions, entered into directly between the member and them. We do not review, endorse, guarantee, or accept liability for the quality, suitability, safety, or outcome of any service, product, or advice provided by a Trusted Partner, and any dispute concerning a Trusted Partner's services is a matter between the member and that Trusted Partner.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that use of the Site, membership, Content, Reviews, or the services of any Trusted Partner will achieve any particular result for a member or their business, including in relation to trade protection, business growth, or dispute avoidance.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage, including indirect or consequential loss such as loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill, arising from use of, or reliance upon, the Site, its Content, any Review, or the services of any Trusted Partner.
7. Accuracy of Content
While we take reasonable care to keep Content on the Site accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that Content is complete, accurate, or free from errors, and Content may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.

This disclaimer should be read alongside, and does not override, our Membership Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Website Terms of Use, each of which contains further relevant provisions.
